Code of Entegrity
About This Code
This Code of Entegrity (“Code”) is an integral part of the compliance system
adopted by Entergy Corporation. It is an information guide that describes the
Company’s general philosophy and your ethical responsibilities. It also
summarizes important aspects of the Company’s approved corporate policies
(“System Policies”) relating to ethical expectations and legal obligations.
The Code applies to everyone who works for, or represents, Entergy Corporation
or any of its subsidiaries and affiliates in which it has a direct or indirect
majority ownership (“Entergy” or “Company”).
Please be aware that the Code of Entegrity is not an employee handbook. It
does not summarize or even reference many of the Company’s policies relating
to important personnel issues. Those issues should be addressed through your
Human Resources representative or by accessing the appropriate System Policy
on Entergy's Intranet (EntergyNET).
The description of policies, practices, or procedures contained in this Code
or a referenced policy, or as told to you by a Company representative, does
not create any terms and conditions of an employment contract. This Code does
not constitute or create any contractual obligation between you and the
Company. All Entergy employment is at will and can be ended by either party,
at any time, without prior notice, except as provided in a collective
bargaining agreement or other authorized express written employment contract
between you, personally, and Entergy.
This Code replaces all prior versions of the Code of Entegrity. The Company
may change, modify, create or eliminate any provision in this Code or any
policy, practice, or procedure at any time without prior notice. Because the
provisions of the Code and referenced policies are subject to change at any
time, you are expected to check periodically for updates and revisions on the
EntergyNET.
In the event of inconsistencies between versions of the Code of Entegrity, the
online version found on the EntergyNET will apply from the time it is posted.
If you cannot access the EntergyNET to obtain the Code, please contact your
supervisor, your Human Resources representative or the Corporate Compliance
Office.
Known, suspected or potential violations of the law must be reported to the
Entergy Ethics Line (1-888-257-ETHIC or 1-888-257-3844, or
https://www.compliance-helpline.com/entergyethicsline.jsp).
