How can I purchase Entergy Corporation Common Stock?

Entergy offers Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Stock Purchase Plans which provide an economical and convenient method of purchasing our Common Stock and reinvesting cash dividends in shares of our Common Stock. Current holders of record of our Common Stock may purchase additional shares of our Common Stock by reinvesting all or a portion of their cash dividends or making optional cash investments. Persons who are not already shareholders may purchase Common Stock using the methods listed below.

Online -- You may enroll online at www.shareowneronline.com. At the time of enrollment you will be required to enter the name of the company (Entergy Corporation) and to provide certain information about yourself, such as your social security number, address and U.S. bank account information.

Mail -- You may also enroll by completing an Account Authorization Form and mailing it to the Wells Fargo Shareowner Services. You may download an Account Authorization Form at any time by going online to the Plan Administrator's website at www.shareowneronline.com, clicking the Direct Purchase Plan link, and selecting Entergy Corporation from the alphabetical company list.

I lost my stock certificate(s). What should I do?

Contact our transfer agent, Wells Fargo Shareowner Services, to report the lost certificate(s).  An Affidavit of Loss and Indemnity will be created and mailed to you. The fees to replace certificates are typically 2% of the value of the shares plus a $50 processing fee.  Their toll-free number is (855) 854-1360.

Do any of Entergy's securities produce K-1 tax forms?

No. An election was made under federal income tax law to have Entergy's subsidiaries treated as a corporation for federal income tax purposes. Only 1099-DIV forms are produced for Entergy securities.
