Garland County

The Garland County Quorum Court is presently revising the bouy ordinance. It is expected that bouy permitting will be transferred to Entergy while the Sheriff’s Dept. will retain enforcement. When this ordinance is passed information on bouy permitting will be provided.

Hot Spring County

Persons wanting a buoy or navigational aid on the Hot Spring County portion of Lake Catherine must obtain approval from the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission through the Hot Spring County Sheriff's Department.
