Supplier Pre-Qualification and Registration System Steps

Welcome to Entergy Corporation’s Supplier Pre-Qualification and Registration system for tracking information for its current and potential suppliers. Within this system, suppliers will be able to submit their information to Entergy Corporation quickly, easily and efficiently. Suppliers will have the convenience of accessing the system online from any computer and at any time. Furthermore, suppliers will now be able to update their company information at any time, upload their certification information, and ensure that their information with Entergy Corporation is accurate and current.

The pre qualification process consists of two phases and pre approvals:

Phase 1: General requirements that can be satisfied in advance of any specific procurement action.

Phase 2: Project specific pre qualification criteria. Pre qualification for general requirements will not necessarily pre qualify a potential offer or for a project specific RFP but will incrementally prepare the way for participation in project specific pre qualification.

REGISTRATION SYSTEM STEPS:

In order to register and maintain your information in the Entergy Supplier Pre-Qualification and Registration System, you will need a computer and access to the Internet. For best performance, it is recommended that you use Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. E-mail address and Internet access are mandatory for participation in this qualification process.

Step 1 - Access Supplier Diversity Network Site

If you received an invitation to register with Entergy's Supplier Pre-Qualification and Registration System, please follow the system steps to the registration process.
If you did not receive an invitation to register with Entergy’s Supplier Pre-Qualification and Registration System, but would like to register, please contact the Entergy Supplier Diversity Team member in your area.
A Supplier Diversity representative will e-mail your information (i.e., name, company, telephone, e-mail address) to CVM Solutions. (CVM Solutions is a third party verification supplier acting on behalf of Entergy as administrator of the Pre-Qualification/Registration program. CVM’s web site is secure and your data and documentation will be held in confidence for Entergy internal use only.)
CVM Solutions will then e-mail you a Password, ID and registration guidelines

Step 2 - Create Company Profile by completing the following sections:

General Information
Financial Information
Organizational Information
Information on Services Provided
Work Experiences
Licensing and Preferences
Contracts/Bidding
Insurance
Safety/Claims
Environmental

Step 3 - Review Account Information and Submit Registration

Before you complete the registration process, please review the information you have provided. After verifying the accuracy of your company data, you may submit your registration. Please feel free to print a copy of your submittal for your records.
