Supplier Pre-Qualification and Registration System Steps

The prequalification process consists of multiple phases and pre-approvals.

The first phase of prequalifications is devoted to general requirements that can be satisfied in advance of any specific procurement action. The second is devoted to project specific prequalification criteria. Prequalification for general requirements will not necessarily prequalify a potential offeror for a project specific RFP but will incrementally prepare the way for participation in project specific prequalification. Both registration processes - invitation and "walk-ins", mentioned earlier, follow a similar registration process that is outlined below:

Step 1 - Access Supplier Network Site

If you did not receive an invitation but would like to register with Entergy, please contact your Entergy Procurement Sponsor.

Step 2 - Set Up Your Company Profile by filling in the following sections:

• General Information
• Financial Information
• Organizational Information
• Information on Services Provided
• Work Experiences
• Licensing and Preferences
• Contracts/Bidding
• Insurance
• Safety/Claims
• Environmental

Step 3 - Review Account Information and Submit Registration

Before you complete the registration process, please review the information you have provided. After verifying the accuracy of this data, you may submit your registration.
