We recognize the value a diverse, inclusive work force can bring to our business. We expect Entergy employees to act with mutual respect and cooperation toward one another. We do not tolerate discrimination in the workplace. Our Code of Entegrity states our commitment to maintaining a work environment that respects the dignity and worth of each individual and is free from harassment and discrimination based on any protected characteristics or protected activities.  Our Diversity Mission Statement is: “the mission of Entergy is to create a winning culture that can only be achieved in an environment that fosters creativity, productivity and mutual respect of all people.” 2011 Sustainability Report pages 50-52

None.  As a company operating in the United States where laws and regulations protecting human rights are well established, Entergy has not seen the need to develop a policy, implement training and monitoring systems, or screen our suppliers for human rights.
