Entergy Regional State Committee

The committee of Entergy retail regulators known as the Entergy Regional State Committee was formally established in 2009 to provide a regional overview of how expansions and upgrades to Entergy’s transmission system affect the retail regulators’ constituents, customers of Entergy’s operating companies, transmission system customers such as independent power producers, other regional utilities, large industrial facilities that are served by the system and electrical cooperatives.

Kenneth Anderson, a commissioner on the Public Utility Commission of Texas, was elected as president of the E-RSC in August 2010.
