More than 1,000 employees and contractors currently supporting Hurricane Helene restoration efforts will begin to deploy to support peer utilities in Florida following anticipated power outages caused by Hurricane Milton.
Entergy has deployed more than 1,000 employees and contract workers to help restore power in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. The storm made landfall on Florida’s northern coast before leaving a trail of destruction from Georgia to the Carolinas.
Entergy is sending an initial team of approximately 700 employees and contractors to help safely restore power in Georgia and Florida following anticipated power outages caused by Hurricane Helene.
