Your environmentally green idea could grow into a different kind of green this year – grant money. Applications for the Entergy’s Environmental Initiatives Fund’s 2026 grants are being accepted until May 31, 2026.

Entergy Mississippi is proud to announce its Power Your Future Scholarship program is now open for applications until May 7, designed to support current college undergraduates pursuing eligible technology majors who plan to further their education at designated select Historically Black Colleges or Universities or minority-serving institutions within Mississippi. The program will award up to 30 scholarships ranging from $2,500 to $5,000, funded by Entergy shareholders.

The 2026 Entergy Mississippi Lineman Rodeo and Family Fun Day, held recently at the Mississippi Fairgrounds in Jackson, allowed friends and family members to see some of the tasks that lineman must complete to keep power flowing.
