Entergy Louisiana January winter storm update – 2/3/2026, 2 p.m.

Entergy Louisiana teams have restored power to more than 120,000 customers impacted by the winter weather that brought snow, ice and below freezing temperatures to North Louisiana. As of 11 a.m., approximately 2,500 customers in the hardest-hit areas of Louisiana are still without power. Our crews will continue working to restore service until the last light is on.

Most customers impacted by the winter weather that brought snow, ice and below freezing temperatures to North Louisiana have been restored. As of 12:00 p.m., approximately 6,000 customers in the hardest-hit areas of Louisiana are without power. Our crews will continue working to restore service until the last light is on.

The majority of our customers impacted by the winter weather that brought snow, ice and below freezing temperatures to parts of our service area have been restored. As of 6:15 a.m., approximately 12,530 Entergy customers in the hardest-hit areas of Louisiana and Mississippi are without power. Our crews will continue working to restore service until the last light is on.

Entergy Louisiana crews have restored power to 90% of customers impacted at the peak of the recent winter storm, marking a major milestone in a challenging and complex restoration effort across north Louisiana.

Entergy Louisiana crews continue to make steady progress restoring power following the winter storm, even as difficult conditions persist across north Louisiana.

Entergy’s workforce has restored power to approximately 86% of customers impacted by last weekend’s winter storm. Crews continue working under challenging conditions, including freezing temperatures, to restore service to remaining affected customers.

Entergy Louisiana crews continue to make steady progress restoring power following the winter storm, even as difficult conditions remain across north Louisiana.

Entergy Louisiana’s restoration teams continue to make steady progress following the winter storm. As of 8 a.m., crews have now safely restored power to nearly 70,000 customers, representing about 76% of customers impacted at the peak of the storm. However, that number doesn’t tell the full story. As crews restored power, new outages continued to occur due to ongoing damage from ice-laden trees and power lines.

We continue to make steady progress, restoring service for more than 75% of our customers, but conditions remain dangerous and unpredictable as ice-related hazards persist and new risks emerge daily. Freezing temperatures and high winds could impact restoration efforts throughout the weekend.

Entergy Louisiana’s restoration teams continue to make steady progress following this past weekend’s winter storm. Crews have now safely restored power to nearly 65,000 customers, representing about 70% of customers impacted at the peak of the storm.

Entergy restoration teams have safely restored power to nearly 57,000 customers, 60% of the customers who lost service at the peak of the storm. Damage assessments are nearly complete, which allows crews to fully focus on repairs. So far, identified damage includes approximately:

We’ve restored power to 68% of customers affected by the winter storm. Crews are concentrating on the hardest-hit areas and continue to face challenging conditions. Our team is working around the clock, and we anticipate all remaining customers who can safely receive power to be restored by the end of the weekend.

Entergy Louisiana restores more than half of all customers following winter storm

As of 8 p.m., Entergy restoration teams have safely restored power to 42,000 customers, more than half of the customers who lost service at the peak of the storm.
