LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The 2026 Power to Care Golf Tournament brought together 54 teams, 48 sponsors and more than 70 volunteers to support Entergy Arkansas customers facing financial challenges and help them keep their power on.

The tournament generated $315,000, along with $25,000 in in-kind contributions, thanks to the generosity of sponsors and participants.

Through The Power to Care, Entergy Arkansas works year-round with community partners to provide emergency utility bill payment assistance for older adults and people with disabilities. Donations from customers and employees are matched by Entergy shareholders and distributed through local nonprofit organizations that administer the funds.

In 2025, The Power to Care raised $672,553 in Arkansas, including the shareholder match, and assisted 2,337 customers. So far in 2026, the program has raised $465,618 in Arkansas, excluding the shareholder match, and assisted 1,058 customers.

The golf tournament also surpassed last year’s fundraising total by more than $125,000. To make a donation or share assistance information with someone in need, visit The Power to Care or https://www.entergyarkansas.com/residential/agencies.

“This is one of those events where you can see the impact of people coming together,” said Brandi Hinkle, senior public affairs representative for corporate social responsibility and tournament organizer. “Our sponsors, golfers and volunteers give their time, resources and energy because they know they’re helping their neighbors. It’s a tremendous effort, and I’m so grateful for everyone who helped make this year’s tournament such a success.”
