Arkansas Restoration Update

As of 4 p.m. Sunday, crews have restored power to just over half of the 71,000 Entergy Arkansas customers that were out at 7:30 Sunday morning. Outages were caused by a second round of severe thunderstorms to hit Arkansas in three days. Work in the field is supported by a very experienced crew of employees in the office who transition into their storm roles at times like this. This photo was shot this afternoon in the incident command center in downtown Little Rock, where employees coordinate logistics and resources, track restoration progress and generally support the power restoration effort.
