2. Register as a prospective supplier in PowerAdvocate.
- Acknowledge the Entergy Supplier Code of Conduct
- This will make your company eligible to be selected to participate in sourcing events
- You can supply information about your company’s offerings and qualifications

3. Participate in sourcing events in PowerAdvocate.
- Sourcing event participation may require validation of supplier qualifications:
- Safety performance
- Credit risk
- Length of years in business
- Other attributes (as required)
4. Maintain your company information
Active Entergy Suppliers must maintain their company information in the Entergy supplier portal:
- Supplier Portal
- W-9 Information
- Remittance Information
- Invoice Entry
- Payment Status
- Power Advocate
- Insurance
- Tier II Spend
- Hire Mississippi List
- Other information as required
- Rapid Ratings
- Financial Statements as requested
- Avetta
