Entergy Mississippi crews, contractors, tree trimmers and scouts are working diligently to restore power following Saturday night’s severe weather system that caused widespread damages and a peak of 30,491 customer outages in the central and southern portions of our service area. As of 7 p.m., we have already restored power to about 26,000 customers.

Entergy Mississippi crews, contractors, tree trimmers and scouts are working diligently to restore power to more than 45,000 customers following the recent severe system. As of 9 a.m., Entergy Mississippi reports less than 36,000 customers are still without power.

Entergy is sending an initial team of approximately 700 employees and contractors to help safely restore power in Georgia and Florida following anticipated power outages caused by Hurricane Helene.
