Entergy Arkansas begins reliability, resiliency projects in Little Rock

In ongoing, comprehensive efforts to enhance the resiliency and reliability of the electrical systems in Little Rock, work will soon begin in the downtown Little Rock and surrounding area.

Power has been restored to nearly all Entergy Arkansas customers impacted by this week’s storms. Multiple fronts caused widespread outages across the state. Since the peak outage count of 39,370 during the evening of Aug. 18, Entergy Arkansas has successfully restored power to 99% of customers impacted.

Entergy Arkansas has successfully restored power to 93% of customers impacted by multiple storm fronts on Sunday. Crews have worked diligently to safely restore approximately 39,370 power interruptions since the peak of storm fronts moved through the state on Aug. 18. Currently there are approximately 3,042 remaining customer outages. 

Bill management tools help Entergy Arkansas customers keep cool and save money this summer

Extreme heat can increase electricity use and costs, and the past two summers have brought record-level temperatures and higher electricity usage by our customers. Entergy Arkansas is committed to helping our customers stay cool and save money this summer with a variety of bill management tools and customer assistance resources.

Entergy Arkansas partnerships providing back-to-school necessities

The start of the new school year is just around the corner, and Entergy Arkansas hopes to help students start off on the right foot. Nearly $20,000 in charitable grants to nonprofits and school organizations will be used for local school supply and shoe drives, along with free haircuts.

Entergy Arkansas hosts customer assistance event

As hot summer temperatures return throughout the state, Entergy Arkansas is taking action to help customers save money and manage their utility bills. For our customers in the Little Rock area, we will be hosting an in-person event on July 18, in partnership with local community advocate organization The Watershed. The event will be 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at 3701 Springer Boulevard in Little Rock.

Entergy Arkansas bill assistance now available through LIHEAP

Entergy Arkansas customers who need help paying their summer energy bills can apply now for up to $475 through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program on a first come, first served basis.

Entergy Arkansas storm update – 5/25/24, 8 p.m.

Crews are working around the clock to safely restore power after multiple rounds of severe weather caused outages. We’ve restored a total of 57,000 customers since the event(s), started about 3 p.m. on Friday. Currently, 4,579 customers remain without power.

Entergy Arkansas storm update – 5/9/24, 6 p.m.

Since the night of May 8, through the evening of May 9, Entergy Arkansas has restored approximately 43,000 customer outages resulting from multiple storm fronts that moved through the state. Currently there are approximately 1,430 remaining customer outages.
