When we were alerted that St. Mary’s Dominican High School was unable to receive power due to internal electrical issues, our team quickly responded to support their swift return to normal operations.

Entergy New Orleans welcomes new customer service members

Sherri Branson, currently supporting our Canal Customer Care Center, has been named Customer Service Specialist for Entergy New Orleans. In this role, Sherri will support customers with escalated billing issues, usage concerns, payment extensions as well as financial assistance.  Sherri has been with the company for 22 years and has extensive knowledge on handling customer issues. We look forward to her joining our team and making positive customer impacts.
