Welcome! If you live or operate a business in Entergy’s service area, you can start your electric service with us by registering at myEntergy.com or calling us at 800-ENTERGY (800-368-3749).
My password doesn’t work. What do I do now?
As a first step, please try our “I need help signing in” link to attempt to reset your account. If you are still unable to log in or do not receive the reset email, contact Customer Service at 800-ENTERGY (800-368-3749, on the Main Menu, press 5, next Press 1, then Press 1 again.) Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT.
