Kathryn Collins

Kathryn Collins is senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Entergy Corporation, where she oversees human resources strategy, including talent management, talent acquisition, business partnership, compensation, benefits, labor relations and workforce strategies.

Collins is an accomplished global executive who excels at delivering strategies and actionable solutions to drive shareholder value, transform organizations and achieve business objectives. She has more than 30 years of strategic leadership experience in human resources, communications and engineering across diverse industries, including the tech, retail, heavy industrial and utility sectors. Collins has spearheaded successful culture optimizations, resulting in organizational health and stakeholder outcomes responding agilely to fluctuating market conditions.

Prior to joining Entergy in 2020, she served as the chief human resources officer for Arcosa Inc., where she provided key leadership to navigate the human resources and brand communications organizations through the company’s spin-off from Trinity Industries into a publicly traded company. Other executive leadership roles include corporate vice president and head of human resources for Trinity Industries, as well as prior executive roles at RealPage, JCPenney and Texas Instruments.

She has an MBA in industrial management from the University of Dallas, a master’s degree in organization development from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

In addition, Collins is a respected leader in her community. She is an active member of the board, finance and property committees for the Girl Scouts of Louisiana East, which she was responsible for leading through a financial transformation during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and multiple natural disasters.
