Sunday evening’s storm brought high winds and vegetation damage leading to power outages in parts of the state, peaking at 22,600 customers without power.  Entergy Arkansas crews have been working tirelessly and have restored 92% of those outages. Crews are actively responding to the remaining 1,785 outages and we’re committed to getting everyone back on as safely and quickly as possible.

Current outages are largely concentrated in Pulaski, Jefferson, Independence, Arkansas, Garland, Saline and Hot Spring counties. Local restoration work is underway in each of these areas, with damage assessment expected to be fully completed tonight.

Customer support and safety information
Customers using portable generators should operate them outdoors and as far away from the home as possible to prevent carbon monoxide exposure. Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions before operating a generator.

While crews work to restore power as quickly as possible, restoration efforts in remote locations can take longer due to access issues and hazardous conditions. We appreciate our customers’ patience as crews work safely to restore service.
