Entergy Arkansas customers who need help paying their winter utility bills can apply now for up to $475 in assistance through the federal Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Power has been restored to nearly all Entergy Arkansas customers impacted by this week’s storms. Multiple fronts caused widespread outages across the state. Since the peak outage count of 39,370 during the evening of Aug. 18, Entergy Arkansas has successfully restored power to 99% of customers impacted.

Entergy Arkansas has successfully restored power to 93% of customers impacted by multiple storm fronts on Sunday. Crews have worked diligently to safely restore approximately 39,370 power interruptions since the peak of storm fronts moved through the state on Aug. 18. Currently there are approximately 3,042 remaining customer outages.
