Entergy New Orleans welcomes Keyarra Williams to our team as a customer service specialist.

Keyarra began her career at Entergy in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative in the phone center. From 2014 to 2020, she supported the Baton Rouge and Reserve Networks as an Administrative Assistant and Service Operator. She then transitioned to the Engineering Department where she became a Specialist Administrator and was promoted to Design Coordinator. During this time, she gained a wealth of knowledge and experience while also earning both her B.A. and M.B.A.

In September 2025, Keyarra accepted the role of Customer Service Specialist, where she will support the Customer Service organization and initiatives across the Entergy New Orleans service territory. Her responsibilities will include managing customer service requests, resolving escalated issues from Councilmembers and their staff, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and utilizing analytics to identify trends and develop solutions that improve the customer experience.

Her passion for customers, dedication to continuous improvement, and commitment to collaboration make her a valuable member of the team.

Outside of work, Keyarra is a proud mother of three and grandmother to one beautiful grandson. She loves to travel and is a proud nine-year member of the Krewe of Athena, where she actively participates in Mardi Gras events and community activities.
