How to participate:
- You must be an Entergy New Orleans residential customer.
- You must have a fully working refrigerator or freezer that would have remained operable on the electrical grid.
- Appliance must be full size (7.75 cu. ft. or greater).
- Refrigerators must be six years old or older; freezers must be four years old or older.
- Appliance must be plugged in at the time of pickup.
