Entergy Louisiana receives LPSC approval for major infrastructure investments to support Meta’s data center and improve reliability
The Louisiana Public Service Commission, or LPSC, has approved a landmark agreement that paves the way for Entergy Louisiana to move forward with major infrastructure investments tied to Meta’s new data center in Richland Parish. The approval clears the path for significant enhancements to the state’s electric grid that will benefit all Entergy Louisiana customers and prepare the system for future energy needs.

Entergy pioneers new damage assessment collection tool
In July, Entergy joined other coastal utilities at a symposium hosted by the Edison Electric Institute to discuss hurricane preparedness and recovery with members of Congress on Capitol Hill. The company demonstrated one of its newest innovations: the Damage Assessment Collection Tool, or DACT, a tool that allows field crews to log storm damage directly into a mobile app using a phone or tablet.

Entergy is proud to invest in the future of higher education by awarding $5,000 scholarships to nine outstanding students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in Arkansas.
