Entergy Arkansas customers who need help paying their winter utility bills can apply now for up to $475 in assistance through the federal Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). The program’s regular assistance application period runs Jan. 6 through the end of March, officials said, or until funds are expended while crisis assistance applications will be accepted through April 30.

As hot summer temperatures return throughout the state, Entergy Arkansas is taking action to help customers save money and manage their utility bills. For our customers in the Little Rock area, we will be hosting an in-person event on July 18, in partnership with local community advocate organization The Watershed. The event will be 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at 3701 Springer Boulevard in Little Rock.

Entergy Arkansas Wins Prestigious Stars of Energy Efficiency Award
Entergy Arkansas is proud to announce it has been selected by the Alliance to Save Energy to receive the prestigious Stars of Energy Efficiency Utilities Award in recognition of its Low-Income Solutions program (LIS) which began in 2020 to serve income-qualified customers and those aged 65+. Since then, the program has provided energy-saving and safety upgrades to more than 9,000 customers in Arkansas.
