As of 8 p.m. Halloween night, crews have successfully restored power to over 330,000 customers who lost service following Hurricane Zeta. At its peak, the storm caused more than 480,000 outages for Entergy customers in Louisiana.

Halloween Safety Reminder: Zeta Restoration Work

Just two days after Category 2 Hurricane Zeta hit Southeast Louisiana, Entergy has restored power to over half of all customers who were affected and will be on the streets restoring power through the night with a workforce of 5,700.

Restoration Times Now Available for Louisiana Customers Following Zeta

Entergy’s Louisiana utilities have set estimated restoration times for most customers affected by Hurricane Zeta. A list of those times broken down by parish are below.

Entergy Damage Assessments Expected to be Completed Today

Entergy’s Louisiana storm team has restored power to about 154,000 customers as of 11 a.m. Friday. The team continues assessing and repairing damage after Hurricane Zeta tore through southeast Louisiana Wednesday.

Entergy Mississippi Completes Hurricane Zeta Restoration

Entergy Mississippi crews and additional resource workers have restored service to the 1,092 customers who lost power as a result of Hurricane Zeta. If you are still without power, check for damage to the electrical equipment attached to your home or business. If your electric meter or the wiring is damaged, contact an electrician to make repairs. If your electric equipment appears undamaged, call 1-800-9OUTAGE, 1-800-968-8243.

Crews Restore Power to More Than 100,000 One Day After Zeta Exits Louisiana

Crews have restored power to more than 100,000 customers just one day after Hurricane Zeta tore through southeast Louisiana Wednesday afternoon.

At the peak, the Category 2 storm knocked out power to approximately 480,000 customers in Louisiana. Crews have restored power to over 80,000 customers as of 9 a.m. Thursday morning.
