Entergy New Orleans concluded a yearlong series of monthly customer service pop-up events in New Orleans East, providing residents with direct, in-person assistance with billing, energy efficiency, and account-related questions. The events provided real-time support and resources to help manage energy costs and improve home energy use.

Throughout the year, customer service managers were on site to address billing concerns, explain assistance options, and help customers better understand their accounts. Representatives also accepted payments on site and provided guidance on ways to save on monthly energy bills.

“Hosting these pop-up events in New Orleans East gave us an opportunity to connect directly with our customers and respond to their needs in real time,” said Amy Baham, customer service manager at Entergy New Orleans. “Being present in the community builds trust and ensures customers know they have support, especially when navigating billing questions or looking for ways to reduce their energy costs.”

Energy Smart representatives participated in each event, sharing information about Entergy New Orleans’ energy efficiency programs and enrolling customers in free home energy assessments. These assessments help residents identify opportunities to reduce energy use and lower costs through efficiency upgrades and personalized recommendations.

Entergy New Orleans plans to continue hosting customer service events in New Orleans East, reinforcing its commitment to customer support and community engagement. Future events will continue to focus on billing assistance, energy efficiency education, and connecting customers with available programs and resources.
