HELENA-WEST HELENA, Ark. – Entergy Arkansas will host a Customer Care Pop-Up event on Tuesday, March 17 and Wednesday, March 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Phillips Community College, 100 Campus Drive.
The event will connect customers with resources to help manage electricity use and lower bills. Entergy representatives will be on hand to answer questions, provide energy efficiency tips, and share information about programs and services available to customers.
Financial assistance will also be available through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Customers must live in one of the counties served by Mid-Delta Community Services: Lee, Monroe, Phillips or Prairie. Those customers interested in applying for LIHEAP should bring the following items:
- A driver’s license or state-issued ID
- Social Security card or number
- Proof of all income
- A copy of their most recent electric bill
- Lease agreement (if living in subsidized housing or if utilities are included in rent)
