Linemen of a different game recently toured Entergy facilities by way of a new collaborative effort between Workforce Development and Procurement and Supply Chain. The Power Players program welcomed student-athletes from the Mississippi State University football team, with the goal of exposing them to the company’s landscape, intimately meeting with leaders, and discussing their journeys after graduation. They’re the first group to experience the pilot program.

Meet Andrea Tyson, a central design engineering supervisor at River Bend Station. In her role she leads a team of mechanical and civil design engineers responsible for scoping, designing and implementing capital investment plant modifications for the fleet.

Meet Kyle Rome, an electrical and instrumentation and controls system engineer who has worked at Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station in Killona, La. for more than two years.
