Entergy Texas Morning Restoration Update
Entergy Texas will complete its restoration by noon today following Wednesday morning’s severe weather event. As of 8 a.m., 170 customers remain without power in the Beaumont, Orange, Port Arthur and Silsbee areas. Additional crews are working the restoration effort on Thursday to expedite the restoration for the remaining customers. More than 95% of Customers Restored as Crews Narrow in on Hard-Hit Areas
Crews have restored power to more than 95% of the approximately 53,000 customers affected by a storm system that swept across Louisiana Wednesday.

Entergy Texas Evening Restoration Update
Entergy Texas continues to work to restore power following this morning’s severe weather. As of 4 p.m., around 3,900 customers remain without power across Southeast Texas, down from nearly 20,000 at the height of the storm. In Jefferson, Hardin and Orange Counties, approximately 3,500 customers remain without power. Earlier today, additional crews were brought in to assist with the restoration effort. Entergy Texas has deployed 360 workers for restoration purposes including 90 company line workers, 175 contract line workers, 48 vegetation workers, 25 scouts and 23 support personnel into the Golden Triangle area. The company anticipates having a majority of its customers restored this evening, with some customers in the hardest-hit areas carrying over to tomorrow.

Crews Assessing Damage, Restoring Power as Second Wave of Storms Moves South
Crews made significant progress restoring power to Louisiana customers affected by an initial wave of storms Tuesday night when a second band pushed across the state in the early morning hours Wednesday, knocking out power to thousands.

Texas Storm Restoration Update
Severe thunderstorms and high winds moved through the Entergy Texas territory early Wednesday morning, April 29, causing widespread outages. Currently as of 9:00 am, approximately 15,800 customers, compared to a peak outage count of 19,066 customers at 6:45am, are without power in predominately in the Beaumont, Cleveland, Dayton, Huntsville, Orange, Port Arthur, Silsbee and Winnie, areas. Entergy Texas is currently assessing damage and restoring power where it is safe to do so. For the hardest hit areas, between the Trinity River and the eastern Texas State border, estimated restoration times will be posted once damage assessments are completed later today. We have brought in additional crews to help with this restoration.

Storms Predicted for Arkansas Tuesday Night
The National Weather Service is forecasting severe weather in Arkansas this afternoon and tonight that could cause power outages. We are working to ensure we have the people and resources to respond to outages quickly and safely while taking precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Entergy Mississippi Completes Restoration From Latest Storm
Entergy Mississippi has restored power to all customers affected by a line of severe thunderstorms that caused 26,836 customer outages on Thursday, April 23. This is the third storm in two weeks to strike and cause widespread damage in our service areas. Since Easter Sunday, our crews have restored service to more than 72,500 customers who lost power as a result of the three severe weather events. Total damage amounted to more than 500 broken poles, 1,250 spans of wire down, and damage to 130 transformers.

Entergy Mississippi Restoration Update for April 24
A line of severe thunderstorms with strong winds passed through Mississippi causing 26,836 customer outages at peak across the state. As of 6 p.m. April 24, more than 24,000 customers have been restored. The remaining outages are in McComb and Summit in Pike County. Entergy estimates that most customers will be restored by 10 PM Friday and we are optimistic that we will be able to complete restoration by the end of the day Saturday. Damage estimates for this storm included 90 broken poles, 357 spans of wire down, 37 damaged transformers and 50 broken cross arms with the majority of that damage being in McComb and Summit.

Entergy announced today that due to the public health impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and to support the health and well-being of its employees, shareholders, and other meeting participants, the company will hold its annual meeting of shareholders in a virtual meeting format only.

Entergy Mississippi Restoration Update for April 23 Storms
A line of severe thunderstorms with strong winds passed through Mississippi causing 26,836 customer outages at peak across the state. As of 7:30 p.m. April 23, nearly 20,000 customers have been restored. Most outages occurred along I-55 from Terry south to McComb. While Entergy crews continue to work to restore power to the remaining customers, due to extensive damage not all will be restored tonight. Additional crews from several nearby states have been mobilized to help with damage assessment and the restoration.

Entergy Commits $1.3M for COVID-19 Relief
