Entergy Mississippi Completes Cristobal Restoration Efforts
Entergy Mississippi's dedicated crews have restored service to the 12,874 customers who lost power during Tropical Storm Cristobal. Customers who can accept electrical service safely have been restored. If you are still without power, check for damage to the electrical equipment attached to your home or business. If your electric meter or the wiring is damaged, contact an electrician to make repairs. If your electric equipment appears undamaged, call 1-800-9OUTAGE (1-800-968-8243).

Entergy Mississippi Cristobal Restoration Nears Completion
Tropical Storm Cristobal has moved out of the Entergy Mississippi territory. The storm began causing power outages across the state on Sunday evening and continued as it moved northward. Since then, more than 12,200 customers have been restored, down from a peak of 12,874. Entergy workers and additional resources continue efforts to restore customers who remain without power. We expect all customers who can safely take power to be restored today.

Mississippi’s Team Continues Cristobal Restoration Efforts
Entergy Mississippi has restored power to more than 9,000 customers, down from a peak of 12,874 outages caused by Tropical Storm Cristobal. Cristobal’s remnants could also result in additional outages and damages to our electrical grid as it continues moving northward out of our service area. We expect most customers to be restored late tonight, though some customer outages in Attala, Grenada, Hinds, Madison and Washington counties may carry over to tomorrow. Entergy Mississippi Crews Restore Power, Prepare for Cristobal
A line of thunderstorms caused widespread power outages for more than 15,000 customers throughout our service area late Friday, June 5. As of 3 p.m., Entergy Mississippi crews have restored power for more than 12,600 customers. The majority of those customers still without power are in Grenada, Hinds and Tallahatchie counties with scattered trouble in the other counties. Entergy resource workers continue to restore power as safely and quickly as possible. We have also brought in additional resources assist with restoration efforts.
