More than 400 customers access tools and resources to beat the heat

More than 400 Entergy Mississippi customers from the Cleveland and Greenville areas got out of the heat to learn how to beat the heat at the Bolivar County Expo Center in Cleveland earlier this month. Entergy partnered with local community advocate organization Boss Lady Economic Planning Development, led by Pam Chatman, to hold the half-day event. The customer engagement event showcased a variety of Entergy tools and programs that help customers manage energy usage and bills.

Entergy Arkansas hosts customer assistance event

As hot summer temperatures return throughout the state, Entergy Arkansas is taking action to help customers save money and manage their utility bills. For our customers in the Little Rock area, we will be hosting an in-person event on July 18, in partnership with local community advocate organization The Watershed. The event will be 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at 3701 Springer Boulevard in Little Rock.

Entergy Arkansas bill assistance now available through LIHEAP

Entergy Arkansas customers who need help paying their summer energy bills can apply now for up to $475 through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program on a first come, first served basis.

Entergy CEO advocates for ALICE households at United Way Summit

The United Way of Northern New Jersey invited Entergy's Chair and CEO Drew Marsh to be a keynote panelist at the National ALICE Summit that was held last month in New Orleans. The summit focused on supporting Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed individuals. ALICE represents the growing number of families who earn a little more than the federal poverty level but still struggle to afford basic needs like food, housing, childcare transportation, health care and technology.
