Entergy New Orleans remains committed to expanding opportunities for local businesses and supporting economic growth throughout the city. As part of that commitment, we recently hosted a Supplier Circle Breakfast with local vendors and suppliers who share our dedication to service, reliability and strengthening the communities we serve.

The event brought together local businesses and Entergy New Orleans leaders to discuss opportunities to collaborate across areas that support the city’s continued growth. Attendees representing variety industries, including engineering, gas, landscaping, construction and community outreach came together to build connections and learn how they can partner with Entergy New Orleans.

“Strong partnerships with local businesses help create opportunities that benefit both our suppliers and the City of New Orleans,” said Stephanie Willis, director of public affairs at Entergy New Orleans. “These conversations allow us to share information about upcoming opportunities, connect businesses with resources and create partnerships that support economic growth in our community.”

Throughout the breakfast, Entergy New Orleans leaders shared updates on initiatives that impact reliability, economic development and community investment. Stacy Castaing, director of staff and strategy, provided an overview of ongoing grid hardening efforts and the company’s continued focus on strengthening reliability for customers. Senior Manager of Business and Economic Development Jamal Clark highlighted economic development opportunities tied to the I-510 Corridor and Michoud Corridor projects, including their potential to drive investment and growth in New Orleans East.

Representatives from Entergy’s Supplier Engagement and Development team also shared information about bidding opportunities available across the Entergy enterprise. Attendees learned about potential contracts in areas such as information technology, power delivery, nuclear operations and other business sectors, along with resources available to help suppliers navigate the process.

The Entergy New Orleans Public Affairs team also highlighted customer care programs, community initiatives and sponsorship opportunities that allow businesses to support local communities while strengthening their connection with customers and residents.

Entergy New Orleans remains focused on building meaningful partnerships that create opportunities for local businesses and contribute to the city’s economic future. By working alongside suppliers, vendors and community partners, we continue to invest in the people, businesses and neighborhoods that make New Orleans stronger.
