We know that security is important to you, and at Entergy, it’s important to us as well. That’s why we’re now offering you the option of enrolling in multifactor authentication to add another layer of protection to your myEntergy account and safeguard it from unauthorized access.
With multifactor authentication enabled, you’ll not only enter your login credentials, but also a six-digit verification code sent to an email or mobile phone number associated with your account. This feature is easy to set up and can give you peace of mind knowing that your account is protected.
You can enroll on myEntergy.com or our mobile app:
- To enable from the web, simply log into your account, click your name in the top right of the page and select “My profile.” On the next page, scroll down and click “Login information.” Multifactor authentication options for email or text message are at the bottom.
- To enable on the app, open the app on your phone and tap “Account” in the bottom right. Under user settings, select “Multi-Factor Authentication”. There are verification options for both email and text message.
You can enable or disable multifactor authentication anytime in your profile settings.
