We know being without power is difficult, especially during extremely cold weather. To provide additional support while we work safely and quickly to restore service, we will open customer information centers in areas heavily impacted by the recent winter storm beginning Thursday, Jan. 29.
At these centers, customers can:
- Speak directly with Entergy representatives
- Receive the latest outage and restoration updates
- Learn about assistance programs and community resources
- Charge mobile devices
Customer information center locations:
- West Monroe Community Center, 400 S. Fifth St., West Monroe, La. 71292 (open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- Bastrop City Hall, Bastrop City Hall is 202 E, Jefferson Ave, Bastrop, LA 71220 (open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- General Trass High School, 700 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Lake Providence, La. 71254 (open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday)

Download the Entergy app. Customers can use the app to report outages or check on the status of power at their home or business.
Check Entergy’s View Outages map. Maps show where outages are located and give information about restoration progress. Outages can be reported using the Entergy mobile app, online at myEntergy.com, or by texting OUT to 36778.
