Ampirical Solutions, LLC — a long standing engineering and grid services partner to Entergy Louisiana — is expanding its headquarters and plans to add 175 new high wage technical jobs. This growth will deepen Louisiana’s energy workforce, accelerate critical grid and data center projects and fuel statewide economic momentum.

Entergy served as title sponsor of the 13th annual Red Stick Rumble, held September 19 at Denham Springs High School. Entergy employees volunteered and served as judges, supporting student robotics teams from Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.

For the 19th consecutive year, Site Selection magazine has named Entergy a Top Utility in economic development. The communities we serve in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas continue to attract some of the nation’s most competitive and power‑intensive industries. In 2025, Entergy helped secure more than $83 million in capital investments and create approximately 7,560 new direct jobs. New and expanding facilities span advanced manufacturing, clean energy production and large‑scale industrial development, further strengthening the Gulf South region’s position as a premier location for business growth.

LSU New Orleans students preparing for careers in engineering and the energy industry will gain access to enhanced technology, research opportunities and hands-on learning through a combined $1.5 million investment from Entergy and Ampirical to modernize the university’s Power and Energy Research Laboratory.
