As we continue working to restore power following the recent winter storm, we want our customers — especially those with special needs or medical requirements — to know your safety and comfort are important to us. Restoration may take additional time due to hazardous conditions and accessibility challenges, but our crews are working as safely and quickly as possible to bring power back to your homes.
If you rely on medical equipment or have other special needs, please plan for alternative accommodations in case of an extended outage. While we are working as quickly as we can to restore power we encourage you to take proactive steps to stay safe until restoration is complete.
