Prospective suppliers can inform Entergy about their company’s materials and services by registering in our supplier database. Once your company is registered in our supplier database, it may be eligible to participate in sourcing events.

Who is eligible for this program?
- Must be a local supplier with significant business operations in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas or Arkansas.
- Supplier must register on our portal.
- First-time Avetta registrants (Discounts do not apply for renewals).
If you are eligible, please enter the discount code “entergy100” when checking out after completing your Avetta application.
Supplier safety qualifications
Suppliers that provide on-site services are required to register in Avetta – the Entergy Supplier Management Program. Avetta registration is by invitation only. First-time Avetta registrants may be eligible to receive a discount on the Avetta fee.

We expects our suppliers to respect the human rights of all individuals. Our Supplier Code of Conduct summarizes important aspects of our corporate policies relating to ethical expectations and obligations that apply to our suppliers. The code sets forth the principles and standards of conduct that we expect our suppliers, their employees, subcontractors and sub-suppliers to meet during the provision of materials and services to Entergy.
Just as we expect our employees to act in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards in their business activities, we expect our suppliers to behave in a manner consistent with these ethical expectations and obligations.
