At Entergy New Orleans, we understand the critical role schools play in shaping our communities and the importance of maintaining consistent operations to support student learning. When we were alerted that St. Mary’s Dominican High School was unable to receive power due to internal electrical issues, our team quickly responded to support their swift return to normal operations.

Entergy Mississippi is proud to announce the launch of its Power Your Future Scholarship program, designed to support current college undergraduates pursuing eligible technology majors who plan to further their education at designated select Historically Black Colleges or Universities or minority-serving institutions within Mississippi. Selected recipients will receive a $5,000 award, with up to 20 scholarships available from Entergy shareholder funds.

Entergy Arkansas hosted a group of students from Joe T. Robinson High School in Little Rock as they stepped out of the classroom and into the field.

At Entergy, we believe that educating future generations is key to building stronger communities. This commitment took a new and exciting form in January 2025, when we opened a dynamic storefront at JA BizTown, a simulated city operated by Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans (JAGNO).

Part of the mission of Entergy Arkansas is to address the needs for quality education across the state, and providing a grant to make the McRae Elementary School’s playground more accessible was a natural fit for the Entergy Charitable Foundation.
