Entergy New Orleans recently supported two community baby showers in New Orleans, providing expectant mothers with essential resources as they prepare to welcome new additions to their families.

In District B, Entergy New Orleans partnered with New Orleans Health and Human Services to bring expectant mothers together to provide essential resources and information to help them prepare for the delivery and provide guidance on caring for their newborns.

“Investing in our community goes beyond providing reliable energy,” said Stephanie Willis, director of public affairs at Entergy New Orleans. “We’re committed to supporting local families and to providing resources that can make a meaningful difference for expectant mothers and their families.”

In District E, we supported the Household of Faith Community Baby Shower, where more than 100 expectant mothers gathered to receive essential resources for their growing families.

To help families beat the summer heat, we provided fans, along with practical items such as pill boxes, hand sanitizer, and night lights to help them prepare for their new arrivals.

Through community partnership, Entergy New Orleans will continue connecting expectant mothers and families with resources that support a strong foundation for the future.
