In this role, Sherri will support customers with escalated billing issues, usage concerns, payment extensions as well as financial assistance. Sherri has been with the company for 22 years and has extensive knowledge on handling customer issues. We look forward to her joining our team and making positive customer impacts.

In remembrance, we celebrate the remarkable life of Dan Packer. Dan chartered his career path with a steadfast commitment to success since joining the company in 1982. He became president of Entergy New Orleans in 1996, and assumed the duties of CEO in 1998 — going on to lead the company during a uniquely challenging era that included response to Hurricane Katrina.Packer inspired his colleagues and community with his exceptional leadership, and served as a trailblazer who paved the way for future leaders.
Falling on International Women’s Day this March 7-8, theWomen Making Wavesleadership conference at Tulane University is widely recognized in the alumnae community for its impact. And as the annual women’s leadership conference celebrates the decade mark, it is welcoming Sandra Diggs-Miller as its powerful keynote speaker.Diggs-Miller, who is vice president of external affairs for Entergy, has built a sterling legal career, first as an associate at Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann and then through a series of prominent roles at Entergy including as vice president of customer service for Entergy New Orleans and as assistant general counsel.
