Entergy New Orleans is inviting families across the city to join us for the annual Energize NOLA! Community Fair and Back-to-School Giveaway on Saturday, July 18, at the Joe W. Brown Memorial Recreation Center from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The free community event is designed to bring neighbors together while helping local families prepare for the upcoming school year.

The event will feature fun for the entire family, including games, activities, live music, snowballs, and opportunities to connect with local vendors and community partners. Free school supplies will be available, along with information about energy-saving tools and resources to help customers save energy and manage their bills.

“The Energize NOLA! Community Fair and Backpack Giveaway is an opportunity to connect with our customers, celebrate our community, and provide resources that help families thrive,” said Stephanie Willis, Director of Public Affairs at Entergy New Orleans. “We’re proud to host an event that brings neighbors together while supporting students as they prepare for the school year.”

Community members are encouraged to bring their family and friends for a day filled with entertainment, education, and resources.
