Entergy New Orleans is pleased to report that we have completed upgrades to the underground cables that serve your neighborhood. To do this as quickly and safely as possible, we brought in additional crews from Texas, Arkansas and Mississippi. The good news is that together with these extra crews we were able to get the work done in short order. These upgrades will provide your community with more reliable service, day in and day out.
