This tax season, Entergy New Orleans will offer its customers free tax preparation and support at upcoming multiple Super Tax Day events throughout New Orleans. Qualified Entergy customers can walk in and receive assistance from IRS-certified volunteers, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free income tax filing experience.
Entergy New Orleans customers will have access to essential information about tax credits and deductions they might qualify for, including the federal Earned Income Tax Credit, a key program that helps lift many Americans out of poverty. In 2025, Entergy helped low-income customers receive $54.2 million in federal tax returns across the company’s service area. This year, Entergy’s trained tax volunteers will continue to assist customers in determining their eligibility for this and other credits, helping to maximize their potential refunds.

The Super Tax Day events will take place at locations throughout New Orleans, making it convenient for customers to take advantage of this free and valuable service. Customers unable to attend an event in their area can still receive free, in-person tax preparation services by scheduling an appointment at one of the Entergy-sponsored Volunteer Income Tax Assistance sites, or VITA, through April 15.

- Saturday, March 7: University of Holy Cross – Moreau Center, 4123 Woodland Dr, 10am to 3pm
- Saturday, March 7: Clover VITA, 1600 Constance St., 10am to 2pm
- Saturday, March 14: Beanlandia, 3300 Royal St., 10am to 3pm
- Satuday, March 21, Beanlandia, 3300 Royal St., 10am to 3pm
