Entergy Louisiana President and CEO Phillip May and members of the company’s leadership team presented McNeese State University with $150,000 to support major energy efficiency upgrades on campus through the Entergy Solutions program—an initiative that helps customers save energy and money by reducing the upfront cost of energy efficiency improvements. The investment reflects Entergy Louisiana’s ongoing commitment to helping educational institutions across the state lower energy costs and reinvest savings into student success.

In an effort to recognize Louisiana’s top leaders, companies and projects driving the state’s energy supply chain future, Entergy Louisiana has been named as a finalist in three categories in the inaugural fall Business Report’s 10/12 Industry Report Louisiana Energy Awards.

In August, representatives from Entergy Louisiana, Baton Rouge Green and Southern University, along with local officials, gathered on Harding Boulevard in Baton Rouge to commemorate the completion of the Median Tree Planting Revitalization Project.
