For the 19th consecutive year, Site Selection magazine has named Entergy a Top Utility in economic development. The communities we serve in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas continue to attract some of the nation’s most competitive and power‑intensive industries. In 2025, Entergy helped secure more than $83 million in capital investments and create approximately 7,560 new direct jobs. New and expanding facilities span advanced manufacturing, clean energy production and large‑scale industrial development, further strengthening the Gulf South region’s position as a premier location for business growth.

Volunteers — including Entergy employees — helped plant trees and landscaping along the Capitol Green Connector, making downtown Jackson greener and more welcoming. Supported by local organizations, the project extends the Museum Trail and connects key destinations.

Progress continued yesterday in the outage restoration from Thursday through Sunday morning weather impacts to the Entergy Mississippi service territory. In total, approximately 75,000 outages have occurred during these weather fronts with nearly 99% restored.

Overnight thunderstorms Thursday evening and Friday afternoon brought heavy rains, strong, gusty high winds, and lighting strikes into our service territory resulting in outages and damages to our facilities.

This summer, community partners across Entergy Mississippi’s service area are giving away fans, water and other items to help customers stay cool as the summer heats up, funded by $27,500 in Beat the Heat grants the company awarded recently to several organizations.
