In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Entergy joined forces with Louisiana Blue, Healthy Blue, the Pack Shack, and Extra Table Feeds to assemble meals for vulnerable communities across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.

The majority of our customers impacted by the winter weather that brought snow, ice and below freezing temperatures to parts of our service area have been restored. As of 6:15 a.m., approximately 12,530 Entergy customers in the hardest-hit areas of Louisiana and Mississippi are without power. Our crews will continue working to restore service until the last light is on.

We’ve restored power to 68% of customers affected by the winter storm. Crews are concentrating on the hardest-hit areas and continue to face challenging conditions. Our team is working around the clock, and we anticipate all remaining customers who can safely receive power to be restored by the end of the weekend.
